Who can rent a suite at Bella?
Independent licensed beauty professionals — hairstylists, colorists, barbers, nail technicians, estheticians, lash and brow artists, and waxing specialists. If you run your own clientele, you're a fit.
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
No. Your suite comes with state-of-the-art equipment already installed — a stylist chair with shampoo bowl and a dryer chair — so you can start working right away.
What's included with my suite?
A private, furnished suite with retail display, 24-hour secure access, on-site laundry, continuous hot and soft water, free Wi-Fi, and free parking. We'll cover the details on your tour.
What are the lease terms?
We offer flexible terms designed to fit independent professionals. We'll go over the options that work for you when you tour.
Can I set my own hours and prices?
Absolutely. Your suite is your own business — set your own schedule with 24-hour access, set your own prices, and keep 100% of your profits.
How much does a suite cost?
Rates differ by studio — a corner room with two windows and a small interior room don't rent for the same money — so we quote the specific room you want rather than publish an average. You'll get your number in writing at your tour, with the term and everything it covers. No deposit to look.
What's the two-weeks-free offer?
New tenants get two weeks free, and you can use them any time in your first year — at move-in, or banked for a slow month. We'll spell out the details in writing at your tour.
